The exhibition “KIDS ON THEIR OWN” has been created as part of NEW ABC by the partner COMBO, and curated by Charlotte Menin, with photographs of the participants of the pilot action ‘Empowerment of errant unaccompanied minors in situations of errant mobility through multimodal co-creation’. The aim is to improve their access to education and create links with host societies.
The exhibition on display is the result of two photography workshops held in Melilla and Marseille with unaccompanied minors and young adults. The workshop with minors in Mellilla was conducted by Charlotte Menin and in Marseille by Zakaria Bouatir. These symbolically charged photos have been exhibited in several European cities✨
