This special video showcases the voices and stories of children who live in a Reception Centre in Cyprus. This video captures their heartfelt experiences, daily lives, and imaginative visions of what their ideal schools would look like.

NEW ABC Recipe book

Secondary students participating in the repiloting activities of the pilot “Teacher training and family involvement in pluralistic approaches to language education” in Forlì, constructed a collaborative and plurilingual recipe book using an integrated system for the narrative invention of multimedia stories.

This documentary film is the final artistic output of a six-weeks-long co-creation workshop realized by the University of Jyväskylä in collaboration with Aurinkopaja (a part of youth art workshop actions in the City of Jyväskylä).

The Intercultural Library activity in Paphos, Cyrpus

A simple yet powerful message left by a child in a classroom in the 5th grade communication box -“Why do we only have books in Greek? Can we have books in other languages too?” ignited this extraordinary initiative of creating an Intercultural Library.

Migrant lives: remembering the past, living the present, imaging the future

Our partner UNITO has produced this video documentary in the framework of the pilot action in NEW ABC. This documentary shows testimonies of four young people with a migrant background that have participated in the pilot.

 

Remodeling an old basement into an artistic lab room

In the framework of the pilot “My ideal school; the school I would like“, teachers, pupils and parents at Dante Alighieri primary school joined efforts and designed, rehabilitated and created an art laboratory together. The whole-community approach at its best: children, teachers, parents, and institutional representatives working together to co-construct educational opportunities and foster children’s inclusion. The old, messy basement of a school was renovated and is now available for children’s laboratories and didactic activities.

Both the process and the result have been wonderful. Thank you very much!
