The blue classroom for sharing and dreaming
In the framework of the pilot “My ideal school; the school I would like“, teachers, pupils and parents at Dante Alighieri Primary school joined efforts and designed, rehabilitated and created an art laboratory together. The whole-community approach at its best: children, teachers, parents, and institutional representatives working together to co-construct educational opportunities and foster children’s inclusion. Children participated by giving ideas to paint the walls of the room, and also painting them. The old, messy basement of a school was renovated and is now available for children’s laboratories and didactic activities.
