Interview about plurilingual education in kindergartens
On 28 September 2023, the NEW ABC partner Valeria Toniolli from UAB was interviewed by Karin Martin, an expert in multilingualism at schools and owner of the YouTube channel “El jardín multilingüe / The Multilingual Garden”. For more than 10 years, Valeria has been involved in training on the topics of L2 (second language) didactics, particularly in childhood, interlingual and intercultural communication and mediation, and multilingualism. She declared to have been happy to have had this opportunity, but above all to have been able to share free materials for kindergarten for L2 teaching and for structuring multilingual paths, co-constructed thanks to the Horizon New ABC project and conducted in Catalonia with the UAB team and the MIRAS group.
